This 3D architectural visualization project showcases a modern hillside home located near Swansea, UK — in the Caswell-Newton area. Created in collaboration with the architect, the visualization was developed to support planning approval and help the client explore various design options.

Through photorealistic exterior visuals and material variations, the client could evaluate cladding types, façade finishes, and lighting conditions in context — allowing them to make confident design decisions. The house is surrounded by lush greenery and features a natural stone base with a warm wood finish on the upper volumes, all integrated harmoniously into the sloping terrain.
