3) Real-time Unreal Engine development

5) Final delivery

They cannot be created independently.

Each interactive project is quoted individually.

Real-time environments vary significantly in scale, complexity, level of detail and required functionality, so pricing is based on the actual production scope rather than a fixed cost per square metre.

Interactive walkthroughs can be developed:

• as part of a new OB Visuals CGI project
• from an existing suitable 3D model supplied by the client
• as an additional real-time presentation layer for a completed architectural visualisation project
