High-end 3D visualisation of an office building redevelopment in Central London.
The project involved transforming an outdated commercial building into a modern mixed-use space, improving the architecture, facade materials, proportion, and street presence.

Using photoreal exterior CGI, we visualised the proposed renovation with new cladding, updated windows, green terraces, and refreshed ground-floor interaction. The renders helped the client evaluate design options, present the concept for planning approval and communicate the vision to investors and stakeholders.

This project demonstrates how architectural visualisation supports urban regeneration, commercial planning submissions, and property value enhancement before construction begins.
